ok, somehow im beginnin to realise e complicated world of e workin society.. pp backstabbin each other, bosses sackin employees who seemed to be a thorn in their flesh.. where's e justice in this world? i really cldnt believed if it wasnt alvin who told me himself tat he was sacked, by richard. initially i still looked upon richard as some nice goody guy. but, i guessed im wrong. or was it coz he's smittened by angeline's grp? tats y he's always sidin them instead of alvin. to tink i still helped him wif his phone calls tat dae. wat a bastard. sackin my supervisor for no reason. juz coz richard's not on gd terms wif alvin, claimin tat he's anti-social, he's always late for work n coz alvin did get some complaints frm customers done by one part timer called abdullah, plus he was made a scapegoat for lots of probs (which he himself doesnt wan to land in such state), doesnt mean e dam guy can juz sack him for no concrete reason. i mean, wat advantages do u hav by sackin a good employee? n i really mean a good salesperson. someone who can easily help boost up e company's business. i really felt lots of injustice for alvin. wats more, i don tink alvin has got so many bad pts loh.. who knoes maybe richard's makin it all up.. good thing is, alvin's a nice guy. nice leader. tats y he gained all our support. even michael, another very good salesperson fought for him, w/o mindin bout losin his license. im somehow touched by wat michael did.. well, this time, though i've not been long in this team, i felt e unity within them.. wat alvin planned now was us, team 7, work for e rest of this mth, provin to richard tat we can do better than angeline's team, n shall all quit together. lols.. his attitude i really pei fu him.. so sud..

n now i juz heard tat richard wans alvin back. regret le huh? bastard. this kind of employer oso got.
