i've nv buang my practical tests all my life as badly as i did todae. really i swear!! the 1st part was totally out le loh. si qiao qiao. =S

had 2 qns. 2nd was much easier. our 1st qns was on holter analysing n we got to churn out a report. CHURN out a report leh! this is my 1st time doing hands-on on HA n really CHURNING out a report. ma de. ^%$%&#$&^*& coz all of us were seldom being posted to analyse HA report. i see the ECG morphologies, i really stunned there for very long. we were given 20mins to print out a HA report. n knoe wat i got for my HA data? the patient has got long VT then proceed to VF loh. VF still nehmind, aft VF he still can go back to normal rhythm. bloody hell. i was like.. huh?! nv die ah. (VF = last stage before the patient die. hav to shock the patient.) where got such weird morphologies de. somemore our eyes were not trained to identify which morphology belongs to wat categories de.

n ya, indeed i did alot of stupid things juz in one HA report. i forgot to type in the overreading physician, medications, forgot to file in the arrhythmias n worse of all, of all the stuffs i edited, i actually forgot to save!! bloody bloody hell. it took me 10mins to edit n now i got to edit it w/in less than another 10mins again. wat a waste of time. n for tat instant i really tot those arrhythmias will be filed into the report by the com itself. oh great. my report was juz a total pile of craps. so, really.. can buang liaox. so im the main culprit myself. T_T
